Yoga is an all encompassing activity, addressing many areas of health, fitness and general well being - exercise, physical & mental strength, focus, etc.

It is available all over Phuket, everywhere has a different teacher, with different styles, varying levels of comfort and cost. Yoga can be a very individual experience and it's important to find a style/teacher/venue that suits your own needs.

Therefore we are excited to be working with a dedicated and highly trained Yoga practitioner with many years of teaching experience.

We have 2 regular monthly Yoga sessions Kids (2 different age groups) which are held at the Book Cafe on the first Saturday of each month. These classes are tailored to the particular needs of each age group and are based on a series of sessions, providing the little yogis with some continuation and familiarity each week. In this we work to build up their Yoga Confidence, Breathing Techniques and Skills for Concentration.

But basically, it's also a lot of fun that the kids love to play with!!

November Activities:

Currently we are running a regular Kids Yoga session every Saturday morning, 9:30 - 10:15am at Atmanjai, Friendship Beach, Rawai.
